Once the party was over and we'd all cleaned up the place, we agreed that a wonderful time had been had by all. There had been over 360 bums on chairs, and all in all it had been a tremendous success.
The Jazz Drops sang brilliantly as usual, and delighted the audience with their cool 8-part harmony and quirky humour. After a short set of 6 songs, they left the stage and the audience crying out for more.
Enter Men Wot Sing!
The set we performed was extensive and very well-received. The audience totally got into the music and visual experience and were carried away to another land of magic, humour and energy. We performed for the first time ever, Dreadlock Holiday" by 10CC, and it was not too bad...considering it is such a very complicated & chunky song!
